Microwave Chocolate Cake

- ⅛ cup sugar
- ¼ cups flour
- ½ tbsp Cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder

In a bowl take your all dry ingredients and mix with a whisk until fully incorporated.
Step 2/4
- ½ fl oz vegetable oil
- ⅓ eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ fl oz hot water
- Glass jug

In a jug add oil and eggs. Whisk nicely until frothy. Then mix in hot water and vanilla extract.
Step 3/4
Slowly pour in the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Give it a quick mix.
Step 4/4

Empty the batter into a greased microwavable airtight container. Then cover it and pop it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then when your kitchen us filled with the chocolatey aroma of the cake, you'll know the cake is done. Serve it with chocolate ganache or whipped cream ifyou like.
