Preheat oven to 240

- 1⅓ egg whites
Separate yoke from egg whites

- stand mixer with whisk
Put egg whites in mixer

- ⅓ cup sugar
Slowly incorporate sugar
Step 6/8
- ⅛ tsp lemon
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
Add vanilla extract and lemon

Whisky until high peak forms
Step 8/8
- piping bag
Pipe into baking pans and put into oven
