"This is my favorite dessert since i love mangoes. Kulfi is nothing but an Indian take on ice cream. This dish is a perfect combination of my favorite fruit and my favorite dessert. 2 l
milk
5 tbsp
sugar
1 tbsp
sliced almonds (for garnish)
1 tbsp
chopped pistachio (for garnish)
saffron (for garnish)
edible rose petal (for garnish)

    • 2 l milk
    • 5 tbsp sugar
    • heavy bottom steel pan

    Take fresh cow milk or any other full cream milk. Cook milk on a medium flame stirring continuously till it looks like this. Then add sugar and cook for another 5 mins. Dont forget to keep stirring or else the milk will burn from the bottom. You need to reduce the milk to 1/3 of the quantity. cool the mixture completely.

    Take a mango, slice away the tip and gently remove the seed. The fruit on the seed can be added back into the mango or it can be mixed into the milk mixture after it cools down.Repeat with the rest if the mangoes. Fill the created cavity with the Milk mixture, cover the mango with the sliced tip and put it in a bowl like so, to ensure that the mangoes dont fall off. Repeat with the rest of the mangoes. Deep freeze them for 6 hours or overnight.
