Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 2/8
- 50 g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ pinch salt

Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.

- 23⅓ g brown sugar
- 15 g butter

Cream the butter and sugar with an electric whisk.

- ½ bananas (overripe)

Beat the eggs and mash in banana with a fork.

Mix egg and butter mixtures with electric whisk.

Add flour and stir to combine.

Butter the sides of a loaf tin and pour in the mixture.
