- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g cheese

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cream cheese, baking powder and the cheese, mix it up and put in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes. Pre heat a nonstick pan, cut the bread in half and add any protein you want (chicken, ground beef, canned tuna) and put in the pan to get a nice crust on it. 2-3 minutes each side and it’s done.
