|50 g||butter (room temperature)|
|1 tsp||ground caraway|
|1 tbsp||paprika powder|

Finely chop chives, onion, and pickles. Put aside some of the chive for garnishing. Put quark in a bowl, add butter, chopped vegetables, ground caraway, and paprika powder. Stir well until combined.
Peel and finely dice garlic, or use a garlic press. Add to the quark mixture, season to taste, and stir again. Garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy spread on fresh bread!
