Pie plate, bowl, hand mixer with beaters
Step 1/ 5
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2/ 5
- 1 Vegetable Oil Spray
- Pie plate
Spray 9-inch pie plate with vegetable oil spray
Step 3/ 5
- 1½ cups Crushed graham cracker (27 squares)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 6 tsp Melted salted butter

- Pie plate
Combine crushed graham crackers with sugar. Stir to blend. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and side of pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes
Step 4/ 5
- 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ⅔ cup Fresh lemon juice
- Pinch salt
- hand mixer with beaters
Beat condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice and a pinch of salt on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour mixture into the pie plate
Step 5/ 5
Bake for 10 minutes until center is set. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes. Place in fridge for more than 1 hour
