Ingredients

300 g
soy sprouts
½ stalk
scallion
½ tsp
sesame oil
½ bulb
garlic
chili flakes
½ tsp
salt
½ tbsp
sesame seed
Step 1/ 6
- 300 g soy sprouts
- ½ tsp salt
Rinse the sprouts then boil them in water and salt for 7 - 10 minutes
Step 2/ 6
- ½ tsp sesame oil
Grate garlic in a bowl
Step 3/ 6
- ½ stalk scallion
Finely chop green parts of scalion and add to the bowl
Step 4/ 6
After the sprouts are boiled add them also to the bowl
Step 5/ 6
- ½ bulb garlic
- chili flakes
- ½ tbsp sesame seed
Now add sesame oil, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and some salt to taste
Step 6/ 6
Mix well in the bowl and serve as a side dish to your favorite meal
