Keto Peanut Butter Cups

- 1 heatproof bowl
Use a pot to heat up water and place the heatproof bowl on top, so you can melt the chocolate.
Step 2/7
- 50 g Dark chocolate

Divide the chocolate in small pieces and melt them in the heatproof bowl. Stir constantly till completely melted.
Step 3/7
- ½ tbsp MCT Oil (Optional)

Add two tablespoons of MCT Oil to the melted chocolate. Stir until completely mixed. This is optional.
Step 4/7
Add the first layer in the cups by filling them with a thin layer of melted chocolate. Then quick freeze them for around 5 min.
Step 5/7
- Unsweetened Peanut Butter
Take the peanut butter cups out of the freezer and add a thin layer of unsweetened peanut butter.
Step 6/7
Then add another layer of melted chocolate and make sure all the peanut butter is covered.
Step 7/7
- sea salt
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each peanut butter cup before putting them back into the freezer for around an hour. Enjoy!
