Keto Milanesas
Step 1/8
- 1½ cups crushed pork rinds
Place pork rinds in a bowl and Grind until you have very small, fine granules.
Step 2/8
- 4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp thyme
Add all of the spices and Mix for a few seconds.
Step 3/8
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Chopped parsley
- 1½ eggs
- ½ tsp Chopped garlic
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and set along side the breading mixture.
Step 4/8
- ⅞ lbs Beef top round milanesa
Dip each slice of beef into the egg, draining off any excess.
Step 5/8
Dip into the breading mixture. Gently press into the mixture, but gently shake off any excess of breading.
Step 6/8
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Heat a large skillet to medium and add in some olive oil.
Step 7/8
Sauté for a few minutes on each side and allow to drain on paper towels.
Step 8/8
Squeeze some Lemon on top of the milanesa and enjoy !
