Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl with a spoon, then use your hands to incorporate all the ingredients into a cookie dough.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll the dough into balls about an inch wide with your hands and place on baking sheet or parchment paper two inches apart.
Use a fork to flatten the cookies and make a criss-cross pattern on the top.
Bake the cookies for 8-12 minutes, but if you make them a little thicker, leave them in for two or three minutes longer.
Once the cookies are golden on top, take them out of the oven and leave the cookies to cool for 20-30 minutes. The cookies will be soft straight out of the oven, but they will harden up and get crisp after they are cooled. ￼￼￼
