Jalapeño Salsa

- 8 garlic
- 4 bags jalapeño 2 pounds
- 1 vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Cut the jalapeños in halves and remove the seeds with a spoon using gloves unless you want the salsa spicy. In a large pan or pot whatever is best for your use , Add the vegetable oil wait for the oil to get hot, add the jalapeños and the 4 garlic cloves. Sauté the jalapeños with garlic until they are light green then remove the pan from the fire.

Once the jalapeños and garlic are ready remove them from the fire and let them sit for 5 minutes. Then blend them add the salt i use 2 teaspoons but you can add to taste. That's it you are done and you have a delicious salsa use as you wish. 😉
