    • ½ tbsp aioli
    • 20⅞ g mozzarella cheese
    • knife
    • cutting board

Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Divide the pizza dough into equal-sized pieces and flatten each one. Place a small amount of aioli and a piece of mozzarella in the center of each piece. Carefully pinch the dough over the filling and roll into a smooth ball.

  • Step 2/2

    • tbsp garlic butter (melted)
    • 16⅔ g cheese (shredded)
    • ovenproof pot

Arrange the dough balls tightly together in an oven-safe skillet (or baking dish). Generously brush the melted garlic butter over the balls and sprinkle evenly with oregano and shredded cheese. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for approx. 20 min. until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and crisp.
