"This was the first dish I had ever made and my family and me loved it sooooooooo much we kept making it. And each time the cookies were better than the last. The coconut flour and the jagary powder made it a tad bit healthier and irresistible. I hope you enjoy my cookies and it warms you up. Bon Appetite!!!!!!😍😄🤗"

  • Step 1/9

    Preheat the oven at 325%

  • Step 2/9

    • cup butter
    • microwave-safe bowl

    Melt the butter until it’s melted but not too hot (40 Seconds)

  • Step 3/9

    • cup Jagary powder
    • cup Turbinado cane sugar
    • Large bowl
    • wooden spoon

    Mix the Jagary powder and Turbinado sugar with the melted butter until it’s combined.

  • Step 4/9

    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    • egg

    Add the Vanilla extract and the egg and mix until it’s combined.

  • Step 5/9

    • cup coconut flour
    • tsp baking soda
    • ¼ tsp salt

    Add the coconut flour, baking soda, and, salt

  • Step 6/9

    • cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
    • Hands

    Add the chocolate chips and mix them in well

  • Step 7/9

    • Rectangular pan
    • parchment paper

    Shape the dough in small round shapes and place them on a rectangular pan with parchment paper on it.

    Put it in the oven for 8-10 minutes. I did 9 minutes.
