"This Apple Pie is my new discovery! There is some history behind it, because firstly it was made by two Italian sisters, and then this recipe was spread all over the world. Now we can make and enjoy it in our homes, isn't it great! It's so light, full of flavors and it seems like we have no dough at all, just soft apples. That's why it's called "invisible" 😍 "

  • Step 1/6

    • ¾ eggs
    • 17½ g sugar
    • ¼ pinch salt

Beat eggs with sugar and salt for some minutes ( the texture should be fluffy)

  • Step 2/6

    • 32½ ml milk
    • 12½ g butter

Then pour milk, cooled melted butter and beat until it is nicely incorporated.

  • Step 3/6

    • 30 g whole-wheat flour
    • ¼ tsp baking powder

Add sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix carefully with the whisk.

  • Step 4/6

    • ½ tsp lemon juice
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
    • big apples

Peel all the apple and slice them thinly ( really thin, I mean it). Then add lemon juice and cinnamon powder to apples and combine.

  • Step 5/6

Finally you need to add step by step small portions of apples to your dough-mixture and mix them with a spoon. Coat baking pan with parchment paper and put all these apples (covered with dough) in the pan.

  • Step 6/6

Last step is to decorate your pie with almond flakes and put it in the oven for 45 min (180℃). That's it!
