2 frying pans, wooden spoon, 2 bowls, Pan, Dish
Step 1/ 9
- 190 g Fried tomato
- 25 ml extra-virgin olive oil

Put two tablespoons of oil in a pan and set it on medium heat. Add all of the fried tomato.

Cook it for 10 minutes, stirring frequently (with a wooden spoon or a silicone spatula, whichever you have).

- 2 tbsp chili paste
Add four small spoons of pepper paste and mix them well with the tomato.

- 10 tbsp taco seasoning
Add a tablespoon of burrito seasoning and mix well. Cook everything for another 5 minutes or so

Turn off the heat and put the salsa in a bowl

- ½ bar cheddar cheese (grated)

Grate a chunk of cheese and put it in another bowl

- 50 ml extra-virgin olive oil

Put oil to heat in a small frying pan, to fry the eggs

- 2 sheets flour tortillas
- Pan
Heat another pan to warm the tortillas
Step 9/ 9
- 2 eggs
- Dish
Once you fry each egg (with a pinch of salt), place it over a warmed tortilla in a plate
