  • Just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s boring!

    For the broth, add water to a saucepan; then add thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, turmeric, cumin, sweet paprika, garlic, and chili to taste. Now cut and add the onion, celery root, and carrot to the broth. Season generously and add a few drops of high quality olive oil. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes and then strain directly onto the couscous. Mix well and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
