- 50 g chia seeds
- 250 ml water
- 90 g gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ tbsp honey
- ⅓ tbsp maple syrup

Half table spoon chia seeds already boil at the warm water bowl

Put the half 250 ml water
