    • 125 g butter
    • 60 g sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
    • eggs
    • 250 g flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 200 ml milk
    • salt
    • hand mixer with beaters
    • bowl (large)
    • ladle

    Add softened butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until light and creamy. Add 3 eggs one at a time, beating in between. Mix flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt and fold into the egg mixture alternately with milk. Mix everything until a smooth batter forms.

    Grease waffle iron with some vegetable oil. Add waffle batter by the spoonful, close the lid and cook until golden and crispy. Enjoy with whipped cream or jam!
