Homemade Spaghetti Carbonara
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 70 g Parmesan cheese
Separate the yolks of your two eggs and place them in a bowl. Add your heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
- 200 g pasta
Cook your pasta according to the package instructions or until al dente.
- 5 slices ham
- 4 cloves garlic
Cut your 5 slices of ham into small squares and crush your 4 cloves of garlic. Then, in a saucepan, heat and melt some butter and add first the ham, which you cook quickly in 2-3 minutes, and then the garlic and mix well.

Add your cooked pasta, the pasta water and the cheese sauce, mix well and let it cook a little, then add a little pepper.
