Homemade Granola

- Œ cups rolled oats
- â cup almond
- â cup cashew
- â cup hazelnut
- Œ tbsp chia seeds
- Œ tbsp sesame seeds
- Œ tbsp sunflower seeds
- Œ tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 300F (150C) and line a baking sheet. Combine all dry ingredients and mix.

- â cup almond
- â cup creamy peanut butter
- â tbsp vanilla extract
- â tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Combine all wet ingredients separately to a homogenous liquid.

Fold the wet into the dry ingredients until everything is evenly coated and sticky.

Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Take it out and stir around, bake for another 11 minutes.

Let it cool in a container with the lid off, before storing in an airtight container.
