Homemade croissants with jam

- 500 g puff pastry sheets (cold)
Divide the dough into small isosceles triangles

- 100 g jam
Put a small amount of jam at the base of a triangle from the dough
Step 3/ 4
- 50 g sugar
- 2 eggs
Twist the dough into tubes. Lubricate the resulting croissants with egg yolk and sugar

Bake in an oven heated to 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. After that, leave it until it cools down in the oven.
