Sliced half peach, and cut the rest of peach into dices.
Beat egg and sugar into a bowl until light and creamy. Then add Greek yogurt and sunflower oil, beat to combined. Add flour, almond flour, black tea and baking powder into the mixture, stir well by rubber spatula. At last, add diced peach and stir.
Preheat oven to 170C. Pour into each muffin liner (can use a spoon) and put with sliced peach topping. Then bake at 170C for 25 minuets or till light golden brown. After baking, dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
