Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla extract
bananas
100 g light brown sugar
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
75 g Cacao
2 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp chopped pecans (optional for garnish)

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • bananas
    • whisk

    Whisk the eggs with vanilla. Mash the bananas and add them to the eggs

    • 100 g light brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

    Add the sugar and peanut butter and whisk again.

    • 75 g Cacao
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • rubber spatula

    Sift the cacao and baking powder and add them. Slowly mix to incorporate. You should have a thick runny batter

    Prep your baking sheet with parchment paper. If you are using walnuts sprinkle them on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 170 for 22-25 mins

    Remove from oven. Allow to cool completely before slicing it.
