50 g Any fruits
15 g frozen fruit

    Mix 2-3 tablespoons of chia seed with yogurt. Then blend your favorite fruit. In the end decorate the top with frozen fruit. For lovers of sweet dishes, you can add erytrole. Chill desserts in frozen for about 1 hour.
