Rinse your potatoes, and then place them in boiling water for around 40 minutes
Measure flour out in a bowl using a scale.
Drain the potatoes from the water and let them rest in the sink for a couple of minutes
Hover the potatoes over the flour in a potato masher and squeeze all your potatoes in. Remove any excess skin that’s been inserted
Add salt to the bowl
Mix the flour and the potatoes together to create a dough like mixture
Create worm like dough strips
Slice the dough into small sections, press them against your fork and roll to create gnocchi
