Step 1/ 4
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- ½ tbsp capers

Wash and dry romaine lettuce. Remove the stem, cut into bite-size pieces, and add to a large bowl. Quarter tomatoes and add to the bowl along with the capers. Set aside.

- 10 g Parmesan cheese
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- ½ egg
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp spicy mustard
- ⅛ tsp sugar
- ½ clove garlic
- ½ anchovy
- salt
- pepper
- food processor

Grate Parmesan cheese. Together with oil, egg, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, garlic, and anchovy, add to a food processor. Season with salt and pepper and blend until creamy. Season with salt and pepper again, if needed.

- 300 g sirloin steak

- oil for frying

Rub steak with some oil, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a frying pan set over high heat. Place the steak onto the pan and try on one side for approx. 2 min. before turning over. Cook the other side for approx. 2 min. more, or until desired doneness. Let set in the pan for approx. 5 min. then thickly slice.

- Parmesan cheese for serving
- flaky sea salt for serving

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Serve and lay the steak slices over. Top with freshly grated Parmesan and flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
