grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1/ 3
- ⅜ tbsp oil
- ⅜ carrot
- 1¼ stalks celery
- ⅜ onion
Instant pot sauté oil. Peel, dice and mix in carrots, onion, celery and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2/ 3
- ⅜ potato
- 1¼ cloves garlic
- 120 g green lentils
- 172 ml canned crushed tomatoes
- ⅜ l broth
- ¾ bay leaves
- ⅝ tsp salt
- ¼ pepper
- ⅜ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp hot paprika powder
- ⅛ tsp ground cumin
Add remaining ingredients except cheese, stir in. Instant pot high pressure 15 minutes.
Step 3/ 3
- 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
Instant pot quick release, remove bay leaves and stir in cheese.
