Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
carrot
3 stalks celery
onion
potato
3 cloves garlic
300 g green lentils
430 ml canned crushed tomatoes
1 l broth
bay leaves
1½ tsp salt
½ pepper
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp hot paprika powder
¼ tsp ground cumin
200 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Step 1/3

    • 1 tbsp oil
    • carrot
    • 3 stalks celery
    • onion

    Instant pot sauté oil. Peel, dice and mix in carrots, onion, celery and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2/3

    • potato
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 300 g green lentils
    • 430 ml canned crushed tomatoes
    • 1 l broth
    • bay leaves
    • 1½ tsp salt
    • ½ pepper
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • ½ tsp hot paprika powder
    • ¼ tsp ground cumin

    Add remaining ingredients except cheese, stir in. Instant pot high pressure 15 minutes.

  • Step 3/3

    • 200 g grated Parmesan cheese

    Instant pot quick release, remove bay leaves and stir in cheese.
