  • Step 1/3

    • tbsp oil
    • carrot
    • stalks celery
    • onion

    Instant pot sauté oil. Peel, dice and mix in carrots, onion, celery and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2/3

    • potato
    • cloves garlic
    • 120 g green lentils
    • 172 ml canned crushed tomatoes
    • l broth
    • ¾ bay leaves
    • tsp salt
    • ¼ pepper
    • tsp oregano
    • ¼ tsp hot paprika powder
    • tsp ground cumin

    Add remaining ingredients except cheese, stir in. Instant pot high pressure 15 minutes.

  • Step 3/3

    • 80 g grated Parmesan cheese

    Instant pot quick release, remove bay leaves and stir in cheese.
