"Since the viral trend, I've been completely in Green Goddess fever every summer. Instead of a classic Green Goddess dressing with yogurt, avocado provides a particularly creamy, rich, and even plant-based version here. If you like, you can of course also prepare the dressing with yogurt. Smashing the cucumbers creates irregular pieces that absorb the dressing particularly well while staying nice and crunchy. The spicy harissa chickpeas provide a warm, crispy contrast. You can roast them in the oven or in the air fryer. Either way, it's best to serve them right after roasting for the best crunch. The herbs can be varied according to taste: besides basil and dill, herbs like parsley, mint, or cilantro also go perfectly. For a vegan version of the salad, simply omit the feta or replace it with a plant-based alternative."
