Make a green goddess sandwich with Hanna

Step 1/3
- 2 anchovies
- 5 g mint
- 5 g parsley
- 5 g chervil
- 5 g basil
- 50 g light crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
- immersion blender
- bowl (large)
For the green goddess dressing, mix anchovy fillets, mint, parsley, chervil and basil with light crème fraîche and mayonnaise using a blender until creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Step 2/3
- ½ cucumber
- ¼ butterhead lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 1 scallion

Cut the cucumber into slices. Wash the salad and pluck into large pieces. Halve avocado, remove core and take out pulp with a spoon. Then cut into slices. Cut scallion into rings.
Step 3/3
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices goat cheese
Spread two slices of sourdough bread with the green goddess cream. Then break the mozzarella into strips and spread all the ingredients evenly on the bread slices in any order. Finish with a slice of bread. Cut the sandwich in half. Enjoy!
