- 50 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 100 ml oat milk
- 100 ml water
Put oatmeal, oat milk and water together in a saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat. Always stir well so that nothing burns. Let everything swell briefly over low heat. Pour the porridge into a bowl.
- 7½ ml rice syrup
Mix the porridge with rice syrup
- 80 g kiwis
- 50 g green grapes
Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces
- 20 g walnuts
Add crushed walnuts to your liking and mix everything before you enjoy.
