Ingredients

50 ml dried cranberries
100 ml Fiber oats
50 ml chocolate chips
100 ml sunflower seeds
100 ml pumpkin seeds
50 ml sesame seeds
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Cocoa
1 tbsp chia seed
egg whites

Utensils

  • 2 whisks
  • Step 1/4

    Mix all dry ingredients
    • whisk

    Mix all dry ingredients

  • Step 2/4

    Add eggs and honey

  • Step 3/4

    Put in pan on baking sheet, flatten the mix so it is compact.

  • Step 4/4

    Put in oven at 125c for 8-10minutes. Take out and cool off. Put in fridge when cooled off. Once cooled off, slice into bars. Keep in fridge.
