- 45⅞ ml vinegar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp mustard seed
- ⅛ tsp Celery seeds
Add seasoning to the vinegar

- ⅛ head white cabbage
- ⅛ carrot
- ⅛ Large onion
- ⅛ Large red pepper
- ⅛ Large green pepper
Pour the seasoned vinegar over the vegetables, mix together to spread the seeds

Press the vegetables down into the vinegar by placing on top of the vegetables and weighing it down with heavy tins or a container filled with water.

Chill( weighted) for at least 24 hours after which you will see that the liquid has covered the presses vegetables.

Decant into screw-top jars or sealed polythene boxes
