- 56â g butter
- 56â g Self raising flour
- 18â g Custard powder
- 18â g Icing sugar
- food processor
Mix all together. Can use food processor do flour doesnât fly everywhere or using spatula.

Make small balls, size of a walnut, on a baking tray and flatten with fork.
Step 3/4
Cook in oven at 160 degrees calcium for 15-20 minutes
Step 4/4
- 18â g Icing sugar (for filling)
- 9œ g Butter (for filling)
- â dash Vanilla essence
Once cooked mix filling together and spread between two custard pieces.
