Ingredients

Pieces:-12+
340 g butter
340 g Self raising flour
113 g Custard powder
113 g Icing sugar
113 g Icing sugar (for filling)
57 g Butter (for filling)
1 dash Vanilla essence

Utensils

  • food processor
  • fork
  • Baking tray
  • Step 1/4

    • 340 g butter
    • 340 g Self raising flour
    • 113 g Custard powder
    • 113 g Icing sugar
    • food processor

    Mix all together. Can use food processor do flour doesn’t fly everywhere or using spatula.

    Make small balls, size of a walnut, on a baking tray and flatten with fork.

  • Step 3/4

    Cook in oven at 160 degrees calcium for 15-20 minutes

  • Step 4/4

    • 113 g Icing sugar (for filling)
    • 57 g Butter (for filling)
    • 1 dash Vanilla essence

    Once cooked mix filling together and spread between two custard pieces.
