"This is my family's traditional recipe. We are originally from the countryside around Pavia and this cake reminds us of all the childhood spent running around the meadows and the grandmother who calls Us for a snack. It is a very tasty cake that smells of lemon and butter, with a dough which children (and adults) must be kept away, because they cannot refrain from eating it raw (it is delicious). I hope you arouse a nice Wow too! and that you are a little happy to eat it."
