Step 1/9
- ½ lb unsalted butter (melted)
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
Combine butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar in mixing bowl

- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Add the egg and vanilla into bowl and stir until combined

- 1¾ cups flour
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Mix in the dry ingredients

- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Fold in the chocolate chips

Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

- parchment paper
Remove dough from refrigerator and scoop 2-tbs sized bowls into a baking sheet with parchment paper

Bake in the oven for 11-12 minutes

Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes
