Easy double chocolate chip brownie

- 11⅔ g chocolate chips (i.e. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels)
- 7⅓ g butter
- butter for greasing

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease baking dish. Melt some of the chocolate chips and butter in large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat.

- ¼ eggs
- 10⅔ g all-purpose flour
- 14 g granulated sugar
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- 11⅔ g chocolate chips (i.e. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels)
- 4⅓ g chopped nuts
- rubber spatula
Beat in eggs, then fold in flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts.

Spread batter evenly into greased baking dish.
Step 4/ 4
- oven
- cooling rack
Bake at 180°C/350°F for approx. 18 – 22 min., or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Enjoy!
