"Gỏi Gà is the ultimate crunchy chicken salad for warm days. The combination of fresh herbs, tender chicken, and an aromatic, tangy dressing makes it wonderfully light and irresistible. And don't forget the crispy fried shallots for that extra satisfying crunch! Serve this salad immediately after dressing to ensure the cabbage maintains its perfect crunch. It works beautifully as a light, refreshing lunch or as a vibrant side dish for your next outdoor barbecue. Feel free to customize the spice level by adding an extra squeeze of lime or a little more chili if you prefer a bit more heat."
