Ingredients

⅔ cup coconut sugar
1½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup creamy peanut butter
Egg
1⅔ cups almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup Chocolate chunks

  • Step 1/9

    • ⅓ cup coconut oil
    • stand mixer with paddle

    Add coconut oil to stand mixer

  • Step 2/9

    • ⅔ cup coconut sugar

    Add coconut sugar to stand mixer and mix together

    • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

    After well combined, add vanilla extract

    • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

    And the best part, add the peanut butter

    • 1⅔ cups almond flour

    Add your egg, mix. And add you flour

    Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt

    Combine altogether and add your chocolate chunks
