- â tsp honey
- œ ml sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml low-fat UHT milk
- Œ tsp baking powder
- Œ tbsp ground cinnamon
- â tbsp low-fat yogurt
- Œ tsp salt
- Œ tbsp vanilla extract

Vanila extract or vanila crystal
Step 3/ 10
Mix together whole wheat flour,baking powder,vanila and salt
Step 4/ 10
Put the ingredients sunflower oil and honey, mix together until maxture
Step 5/ 10
Already mix and put the lowfat yogurt
Step 6/ 10
This done and put the 2 eggs
Step 7/ 10
Already mix and put the lowfat milk
Step 8/ 10
Mix for the dry already maxture
Step 9/ 10
Cook pancake until bake 2 minuts
Step 10/ 10
Off stove and serve it pancake with maple syrup
