Ginger cookies

microwave, 4 stand mixers with whisks
Step 1/ 10
- 3¼ g butter
- microwave
Melt butter in the microwave so that it doesn't boil.
Step 2/ 10
- ⅛ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tbsp honey
- 2⅔ g sugar
Add to the melted butter sugar, cinnamon, ginger and honey

- stand mixer with whisk
Mix until smooth
Step 4/ 10
- ⅛ egg
- stand mixer with whisk
Whip an egg
Step 5/ 10
- ⅛ tbsp sour cream
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- stand mixer with whisk
Add to the egg sour cream and backing soda, mix
Step 6/ 10
- 9⅓ g flour
Add the egg into the butter. Add the flour
Step 7/ 10
- stand mixer with whisk
knead the dough (mix)
Step 8/ 10
Put into the fridge for 30 minutes
Step 9/ 10
roll out the dough and mold cookies of about the same size

Put the cookies into the oven, heated to 180 degrees and bake them for around 20 minutes
