Step 1/8
- 1 bananas
Blend/Mush bananas
Step 2/8
- ½ eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tbsp creamy peanut butter
Add the eggs, ground cinnamon, peanut butter, and baking powder, then mix.
Step 3/8
- 12½ g oats
- ⅜ tbsp chopped mixed nuts/mixed seeds
Then mix in the oats and either chopped mixed nuts or mixed seeds.
Step 4/8
Pour mixture into steaming tray.
Step 5/8
Steam for 45mins-1 hr.
Step 6/8
Let it rest for about 15 minutes — the serve.

Either eat it on its own or add a spread of your choice—chocolate m&m’s spread was used on the finished product.
