    First, start with sherbet. Milk, water and sugar should be mixed well. You don’t need to boil the mixture. Just melt the sugar in the milk and water.

    Then, melt butter in another saucapen. You should select a big one. You can add the vegetable oil at the same time. After butter is melt you can add flour. Now, you should roast (stir) flour very well, approximately, 40-45 minutes. At this step, I also add walnut. Flour and walnut is roasted together. It is very delicious.

    Lastly, when the color of flour get brown you should add mixture that you prepare early. At this step, It is going to get rough. Don’t worry. Continue to stir the mixture. It is going to be smooth and soft in a minute. You can serve now.
