Egyptian Sahlab Drink (healthy version)
"Sahlab is my favorite Egyptian street drink. It's the number one drink in every local coffee shop in the streets of Cairo and Alexandria. A thick creamy white drink, normally made of a white flour called Salep, which is obtained from the dried tubers of white orchid. Egyptians love it in the winter as it provides loveable warmness to the body. Here I share my personal Sahlab recipe, that uses only healthy ingredients!"
