    • 175 g pasta (fideos)
    • frying pan

    Fry the pasta in the olive oil until it gets some color and reserve.

    • 4 shrimp
    • 1 calamari

    In the same pan, fry the clean shrimps and calamari previously cut in small pieces (about 4 cm). Reserve out of the pan.

    • 2 tomatoes
    • ½ onion
    • 1 garlic
    • olive oil

    In the same pan, fry the chopped onion and garlics until it is completely done and get some color. Add the tomato previously grated. Cook until all the liquid from the tomato is reduced and it is cooked, for 15-20 min.

    Add the shrimp, calamari and pasta again and add the fish broth. Cook for 20 min. Let it rest for 5 min and serve.
