Servings:-2+
eggs
egg whites
½ cup wheat bran
½ banana
2 tsp Vanilla
Protein powder (optional, replace for some wheat bran)
  • Step 1/2

    • eggs
    • egg whites
    • ½ cup wheat bran
    • ½ banana
    • 2 tsp Vanilla
    • Protein powder (optional, replace for some wheat bran)

    Whisk together all ingredients together and put in waffle maker!

    For the toppings - you can get creative but I add frozen berries heated on stove and almond butter, maybe some chocolate chips too!
