Ingredients

400 g
cauliflower
400 g
butternut squash
200 g
salad
140 g
smoked tofu
100 g
avocados
4 tbsp
soy yogurt
2 tsp
teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp
light soy sauce
ground cumin
Salt & Pepper
ground turmeric
ground nutmeg

  • Step 1/3

    Break down the cauliflower into florets and put them in a blender. Blend them until they are rice/ grain sized. Fry the blended cauliflower in a pot with salt & pepper, cumin and curcuma.

  • Step 2/3

    Chop all veggies and the tofu. Fry the squash in a pan and season it with Salt, Pepper, Cumin & Nutmeg.

  • Step 3/3

    Time to mix everything up and add the yoghurt, teriyaki & soy sauce. Season your salad as much as you like!
