First, you have to melt the chocolate; to do it you can put it in a microwave or in a bain-marie. When the chocolate start to melt,add the milk (almond or soy) and mix them together.
It’s time to prepare in a bowl the farro and rolled oats. Mix them.
Pour the chocolate in the bowl and start to mix the ingredients together until the farro and rolled oats will not have absorbed all the chocolate.
Take a plate,put some baking paper and lay out the ingredients. Try to obtain a square so that then you will have perfect bars.
Now you have to put tha plate in the freezer for 2 hours.
Passed 2 hours, bring out it the cut it in bars! And that’s it.🍫
