tomatoes peeled and chopped

chopped green pepper

butter
1 tsp
tomato paste
salt
Black pepper
Cumin

- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp butter
In a medium pan, melt the butter, add the chopped onion and sauté for 10 minutes till it gets pale.

Add the chopped green pepper

Add the peeled tomatoes, tomato paste and leave to simmer for 10 more minutes. Season with cumin and spices.
Step 4/5
Crack the eggs, add salt and pepper, mix the ingredients together and leave to cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 5/5
When eggs are cooked to your desire, move to your serving plate et voilà.
