- 3 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt
In a mixing bowl, put yogurt
Add finely chopped dill
Add crumbled feta cheese
Squeeze lime, add line juice into the yogurt mixture.
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pinches pepper
Season with salt and black pepper
Give everything a nice mix
Wash and grate zucchini
Sprinkle of salt and allow to sit for about 10 min until salt has drawn out the water from zucchini.
Squeeze zucchini thoroughly as much liquid as possible
- 1 shallot
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp spelt flour
In a large mixing bowl, Add grated zucchini, flour, egg, onions and season with salt and black pepper
Mix all ingredients in the bowl well
Heat oil in a pan.
Use a tbsp to scoop zucchini mixture to the pan.
Fry the pancakes from both sides until golden brown
Serve the zucchini pancakes hot with the yogurt-feta-dill dip
